Start with two chambers
Pick the lightest and heaviest chambers in a real jacket. Mark each opening and its target weight on the panel drawing. A total weight for the jacket alone leaves the machine trial underspecified.
Compare the station layout
The 8T6D has two outlets and eight weighing units. The 24F6D has four outlets and 24 weighing units. Decide how many operators can feed panels at once, and include the time needed to change panels. Outlet count alone cannot tell you the finished garments per shift.
Run the same sample
Use the same down, panel and target weights when comparing machines. Record repeated fills, time spent handling each panel and the number of complete panels accepted. These observations make a quotation easier to evaluate.
